SMART COVER AIRLESS SYSTEM (Adjustable Nozzle-2)

SMART COVER AIRLESS SYSTEM (Adjustable Nozzle-2)’s used in ceramic industries for glaze and engobe application for spraying water or glue evenly. Spraying water before glaze application and glue before decoration so we get excellent printing quality. To make matt tiles glaze are deposited on surface of tile with help of airless booth, it consist nozzle through which glaze has been sprayed with high pressure on surface of tile which resulting into small granular particle of glaze deposition on tile which make matt finishing on tile.

The booth and tray made of SS304 material which is highly corrosion resistance, and SS mesh is provided with lateral openings. For small size tiles this booth designed such that it can be fitted directly on glaze line, where as for slab tiles it is modified with SS pipe structure such that tile conveying system will mount on this pipe structure, for slab tiles nozzles are driven by servo motors such that this continuous movable nozzle deposit uniform glaze over the tile and solve the problem of drop, adhesion and sedimentation. Suction ports are provided in the booth which connected to hydro filter to solve problem of fumes. The airless system is modified as per tile size and type of tile which need to produce.
